"making fitness fun"

Everyone can attain a satisfactory level of
fitness applicable to their particular lifestyle - no matter who, what age, where from or their physical disposition - all you need is a
desire to achieve it and a way to "making fitness fun"
Here's how I did just that and how I can help you to as well...
Most of my working life had been spent developing
& providing services for children and families within
Devon. Throughout this time, I enjoyed attending various fitness classes as a gym member and going on gentle runs in the local area. Over a
period of 5 years, my desires increased and so did my levels of fitness. So much so, that I decided to run the Dublin
marathon!
I found this to be an exhilarating
experience and have since completed a further 5 half marathons. I also entered the 2002 British In-Door Rowing
Championships and achieved a bronze medal in my respective category.
In September 2006, I decided to convert my interest and passion into a professional role whereby I could share my
experience, knowledge and recent training with others. I qualified with the Australian Institute of
Fitness and registered with REPs (Register of Exercise
Professionals). This course is advanced of many other training organisations and qualifies for the title of 'Master Trainer'. It incorporates training in specialist areas such as:
·
Pregnancy
·
Elderly
·
Arthritis
·
Asthma
·
Diabetes
·
Children
·
Heart disease
From experience, I recognised the importance
of:
·
Motivation
·
Support
·
Structured Training
Programmes
All of which, need to be unique to an individual’s:
·
Needs
·
Lifestyle
·
Expectations
In order to achieve the desired fitness goals and optimum
health levels, I called upon my own maturity and understanding of life to give me the first hand experience,
skill and expertise to help others.
Please check out the services I offer and contact
me for a friendly no obligation appraisal of how I can help you"make fitness
fun".
